 Front Desk Night Manager

Status: Full Time

Job Description:

The Night Manager is responsible for all front desk operations during the overnight shift.  Candidates must be flexible and work 11pm-7am including weekends and holidays as well as cover shifts when necessary.  
 
Primary responsibilities include:
• Registering Owners and Guests and making reservations;
• Preparing all end of day front desk and night audit functions including balancing credit card postings to computer system, maintaining computer database integrity daily, and auditing of master bills;
• Preparing all computer systems for the following day.  Ensuring accurate and timely backup files are maintained on a daily basis;
• Preparing, balancing, posting, and distributing all necessary reports on a daily basis;
• Complete express check out in a timely manner and issues to security for delivery;
• Other duties as assigned by management.
 
Requirements
• At least 2 years of Front Desk management experience; Hotel and overnight experience a plus;
• Proven customer service experience and excellent communication skills including oral, verbal, and written;
• Basic analytic and arithmetic skills;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows applications;
• Must be self-motivated with strict attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision;
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills in order to resolve Owner and Guest issues that may arise;
• Professional appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality.
 
Physical Requirements
• No schedule restrictions, must be able to work AM/PM/Overnight, including holidays and weekends.
• Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.

Job Description:
This position will oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk.  Will ensure the department members provide the highest level of customer services.  Effectively handle any incidents and concerns in a professional manner.  Must supervise, train, and develop staff.  Fill in all shifts including overnight and weekends.
 
Promote meaningful relationships and customer service in a fast paced, structured environment.  Lead by example, consistently conveying a positive attitude, passion, and pride in work.

Member Service Specialist 

Status: Full Time

Job Description:

The Member Services Specialist is responsible for answering individual Owner questions as well as researching, making, canceling and/or rescheduling reservations. Member Service Specialists will also assist our Exchange Specialists with additional tasks such as creating or modifying reservations for transients.  Candidates must be flexible and morning and afternoon shifts including rotating Saturdays and holidays as well as cover shifts when necessary.  

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner from Owners who are either asking questions regarding their individual contract or are looking to make, cancel and/or reschedule a reservation; document call in PMS system.
  • Maintain a callback file and follow through on issues, challenges, etc. with the appropriate individual;
  • Ability to handle irate clients in a professional manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
