Rules of Participation

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Winner will receive 2 nights accommodations for 2 in NYC hotel of Sponsor's choice (arrival TBD based on announcement of Tony Award Dates) and two (2) Tickets for the 67th Annual Tony Awards. Plus breakfast for 2, each day of your stay and round trip transportation from hotel to the Tony Awards. Entries must be received by 04/30/2013.

Drawing will be held on or before 05/10/2013 and winner will be notified by phone, email and/or postal mail. Prize value is estimated at $1,750. Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. Once notified, winner must accept prize by 5/15/11. If Sponsor is not able to reach winner or, should the selected winner decline to accept the prize or neglect to respond within the prescribed time, an alternate winner shall be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, and the original winner shall have forfeited any claim to the prize. In the event that Sponsor is not able to contact the alternate winner, or should the alternate winner decline to accept the prize or neglect to respond within the prescribed time, a second alternate winner shall be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, and the first alternate winner shall have forfeited any claim to the prize. In the event that Sponsor is not able to contact the second alternate winner, or should the second alternate winner decline to accept the prize or neglect to respond within the prescribed time, no further attempt shall be made to award the prize, and the drawing shall be terminated. No purchase necessary. Purchase will not increase chances of winning. Must be 21 or over to enter. Void where prohibited. Employees of The Manhattan Club, its parent company and affiliates, and their families are not eligible to participate. No alternate prize, cash or other substitutions permitted unless at the discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable. All federal state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting this prize, the winner releases Sponsor, and its respective officers, employees and agents from all liability associated with the drawing and prize. Winner agrees to allow his or her name and likeness to be used by Sponsor for advertising purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. If selected as the winner, by accepting prize, winner agrees to Sponsor's use (unless prohibited by law) of his or her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes without further permission or compensation. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.
